These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through www.aafghvac.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these terms.

1. Orders

Orders are accepted through our website and are subject to product availability and successful payment.

After an order is placed, we normally require 1–3 working days to process and prepare the order for dispatch.

We may contact you using the email address provided during checkout where information is required to process or complete your order.

2. Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched using DHL, FedEx, UPS Priority, or comparable delivery services.

The standard delivery period is approximately 5–8 working days after dispatch.

Tracking information may be sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout at relevant stages, including when the order is dispatched, reaches a relevant logistics point, and enters local delivery.

Delivery times may vary according to the destination and carrier processing. Where an order exceeds the stated standard delivery period, we will investigate the shipment with the relevant carrier and, based on the circumstances and available information, arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or replacement shipment.

3. Delivery Risk

For customers covered by applicable European consumer law, the risk of loss or damage to goods remains with us until the goods come into the physical possession of the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier.

The transfer of goods to a carrier does not, by itself, transfer the risk of loss or damage to the consumer.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable to the purchase.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Where applicable European consumer law provides a statutory right of withdrawal, consumers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days from the day on which they, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods, without providing a reason.

The statutory right of withdrawal is subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.

5. Damaged or Defective Goods

If goods arrive damaged or are found to have a defect, please contact us by email at deflector@aafghvac.com and provide the relevant order information together with clear photographs showing the issue.

Where the circumstances can be established from the information provided, we may arrange a refund or replacement without requiring the damaged item to be returned.

This photo-based procedure is intended to simplify the handling of damaged goods and does not limit any mandatory statutory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

For goods that do not conform to the contract, applicable European consumer law provides statutory remedies. These may include repair, replacement, an appropriate price reduction, or termination of the contract and refund where the relevant legal conditions are met.

6. Refunds

Where a refund is due under these Terms or applicable law, it will be processed using the applicable payment method and within the period required by law.

Where a consumer exercises a statutory right of withdrawal, applicable European rules generally require reimbursement of payments received without undue delay and within the statutory period, subject to the conditions permitted by law.

7. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information when placing an order.

Where an incorrect or incomplete address or contact detail prevents delivery, we may contact the customer using the information provided to seek clarification or arrange an appropriate delivery solution.

8. Applicable Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or reduce any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply under the laws applicable to the customer and the transaction.

Where mandatory consumer legislation provides rights that differ from these Terms, the applicable statutory provisions will prevail.
